Thank you for participating in the planning process for this proposed development by the charity, Housing People, Building Communities and Millson Group architects. Your feedback is crucial to ensuring this initiative provides safe, affordable, and sustainable housing that strengthens our community.

The award-winning charity, Housing People, Building Communities, is looking to provide affordable homes using their unique ‘sweat equity’ model on the Sandringham Drive/Coronation Drive site. Sweat equity is the commitment to put in 500 hours of labour in helping to build your own home and those of your neighbours. This will count as £10K towards your shared ownership mortgage.
