2017: The NWPAs - Judge’s Special Award
In our 15th anniversary year HPBC, and after completing the 32 homes on Kingsley Road / Alt Street, we received a special award for our pioneering ‘sweat equity’ initiative and our work creating affordable homes in the city of Liverpool.
