Our mission is to improve the supply of good quality, affordable new homes and to create socially inclusive and cohesive communities, while empowering those with a housing need to help themselves.

We also help our home partners and volunteers to learn new skills and grow in confidence; while our training programmes equip local people with new skills that will enrich their lives and lead to new employment opportunities.

Our ultimate aim is to improve quality of life by unlocking human potential and empowering people to work and succeed together.

We work with housing associations, the Homes & Communities Agency, local authorities, educational establishments and other organisations on finding alternative ways to meet the UK’s housing needs. In doing so we will grow our reputation as advocates and experts in regenerating our towns and cities by providing affordable homes through self-build, volunteering and community involvement.
