HPBC’s Chair and CEO shortlisted for prestigious national housing awards

We are proud to learn that both our Chair, Rev’d Dr Shannon Ledbetter, and our CEO, Liza Parry, have been shortlisted for national recognition in the 2025 Housing Heroes Awards.

These awards celebrate the leaders, innovators, and changemakers shaping the future of housing across the UK. Shannon has been nominated for the Women in Housing award for Board/Committee Member of the Year, while Liza is a finalist for Housing Heroes award for Leader of the Year in the wider UK category.

This is a fantastic achievement for Housing People, Building Communities, reflecting the passion and dedication that drives our mission to create thriving, supportive communities.

The winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony on Monday 23 June at Manchester Central, kicking off Housing 2025 - Europe’s largest housing festival - hosted by comedian and presenter, Suzi Ruffell.
